At Tax Pro Digital Hub by TSG ProAdvisor Store, we take pride in the quality and value of our digital products. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Digital Product Policy

Once a purchase is completed and the digital product is delivered, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy is in place because:

• Digital products are non-returnable.
• Access is granted immediately upon purchase.
• We cannot revoke access or ensure the product has not been saved, duplicated, or distributed.

Exceptions & Support

If you experience any issues with your file (e.g., download errors, file corruption, or incorrect product received), please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase at support@tsgproadvisor.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct product in working condition.
